What materials do you use in your kids’ clothing?

We use soft, skin-friendly, baby-safe fabrics such as organic cotton and breathable blends. All materials are carefully selected to be gentle on delicate infant skin and suitable for Indian weather.

Are your products safe for newborns?

Yes. All our products are made with baby-safe dyes, soft fabrics, and irritation-free stitching. We design every piece keeping newborn comfort and safety in mind.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

No. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
We only provide replacements in the case of a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been dispatched.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Do you offer size exchanges?

No. We do not offer size-based exchanges since all baby clothing must remain hygienic and unused.
Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please email us at contact@bratss.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
If verified, we will arrange a free replacement.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
During festivals or peak sales, delivery may take slightly longer.

Do you ship across India?

Yes. We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners.

Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping charges may vary by location and order value.
The final shipping fee, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Do you offer gift packaging?

Currently, we do not offer special gift wrapping.
However, our products are packed safely and neatly in secure packaging.

What if I entered the wrong address or phone number?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, contact us immediately at contact@bratss.com Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

Are your sizes suitable for chubby babies?

Yes! Our fits are designed keeping Indian baby body types in mind.
