At Bratss, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards for all baby and kids clothing.
To protect all customers and ensure products remain 100% hygienic, we do NOT offer any returns or refunds, under any circumstances.

However, we do allow order cancellation before dispatch and replacement in genuine cases of damage or wrong item delivery.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.

  • If the order is still being processed and not shipped, the cancellation will be accepted.

After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

  • We do not offer returns or refunds after the order has been dispatched.

2. No Return Policy (Strict)

Because of our strict hygiene reasons we do NOT accept any returns or offer refunds.

3. Replacement Policy (Only for Damaged / Wrong Product)

We offer replacement only if:

  • The product is damaged on arrival (unpacking video proof required)

  • The product is defective

  • You received a wrong item

We do NOT offer refunds under any condition.

Conditions for replacement:

  • Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product is damaged on arrival (unpacking video proof required)
  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

If approved, we will send a replacement of the same item.

If the item is out of stock, we will issue store credit only.

4. How to Request a Replacement

Email us at support@bratss.com

with:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos as proof

Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not provided unless the delivered item is defective or incorrect.

Size or preference-based exchanges are not allowed.

6. Shipping for Replacements

  • For approved cases (damaged/defective/wrong item), return pickup is arranged free of charge.

  • You may be asked to pack the item securely with tags intact.

7. Colour Disclaimer

We try our best to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to:

  • Different screen resolutions and device settings
  • Lighting conditions during photography
  • Natural variations in fabric and dyes

These slight differences in colour are not considered a defect and will not be eligible for return or refund.

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift, a replacement will be sent to the recipient.
No refunds or returns are available for gifts.
