At Bratss, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards for all baby and kids clothing.
To protect all customers and ensure products remain 100% hygienic, we do NOT offer any returns or refunds, under any circumstances.
However, we do allow order cancellation before dispatch and replacement in genuine cases of damage or wrong item delivery.
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
If the order is still being processed and not shipped, the cancellation will be accepted.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
We do not offer returns or refunds after the order has been dispatched.
Because of our strict hygiene reasons we do NOT accept any returns or offer refunds.
We offer replacement only if:
The product is damaged on arrival (unpacking video proof required)
The product is defective
You received a wrong item
We do NOT offer refunds under any condition.
Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
If approved, we will send a replacement of the same item.
If the item is out of stock, we will issue store credit only.

We try our best to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to:

If the item was marked as a gift, a replacement will be sent to the recipient.
No refunds or returns are available for gifts.
